Directions
In a microwave bowl, place the pound of chocolate and microwave about 3 minutes on medium power. Stir the chocolate and continue to microwave in short increments until the chocolate is melted, but the temperature is no more than 90 degrees. If it is over 90 degrees, add extra chocolate to cool it and test to see when it is at the correct temperature. When the chocolate is proper temperature, dip cherries and place on wax paper to cool.
Serve when cool.
